Available Discounts & Assistance Programs

Federal Lifeline Program

The Lifeline program is a federal initiative providing monthly discounts on phone and internet service for low-income households. Eligible consumers can receive up to $9.25 off per month, or up to $34.25 on Tribal lands. Eligibility is generally based on income or participation in federal assistance programs.

Minnesota Telephone Assistance Program (TAP)

Minnesota's Telephone Assistance Program (TAP) offers a $10 monthly bill credit for landline telephones to income-qualifying households. You may qualify for both TAP and Lifeline discounts.
